[AT] OFF Topic: 4 month Verizon WAR

We are on the border between the big guys and an independent cell phone 
cooperative.   The phone rings and when you answer it it dead.  You call 
out and after 15 seconds it is dead.  Each provider has their antennas 
turned into the ground at the county line.  They also have the gain 
turned down on that side.  I have had phones from both sides of the 
boundary. Same thing.  I filed a complaint with the FCC  I got an email 
after 2 weeks referring me to their page on how to file a complaint.  I 
replied telling them what idiots I thought they were, and copied my 
congressman.  3 weeks later I get a $25 credit on y bill.  The service 
still sucks.......
