Having a personal service representative is something I wasn't aware of.  We do have two Verizon Cell
phones here plus now the 5580 MiFI instead of the 6620.  We gave up our land line after GTE sold the
land phone business to Frontier.  Forntier is worse than Verizon.   I need to work on finding out how
to get a personal service representative.  I'll mention one of the ludicrous things I was told by a
Verizon service representative on the phone. "We are not responsible for your Verizon 6620 MiFi
problems because we didn't make it. It is made by another company."  Honest to God she said that!  It
only took me a couple days to come down from the ceiling after that statement. Where do they find
people like that?  Or who trains them to say such stupid things?  It is unbelievable!  BTW, the
manufacturer of the unit is QUALCOMM. Don't buy the Verizon 6620 MiFI. It is not ready for prime time.
They admit is has serious problems but are still selling it in their stores. I guess they just assume
their customers will accept them the way they are. Why not, they get by with selling us cell phones
that are full of bugs and problems.  I spent my career in the High Tech business and I'm telling you
Industrial users would never put up with this kind of vaporware and non-existent service.  Why do we
consumers put up with it?  I must be getting old.

PS: One of the problems in the Verizon 6620 causes the users to use way more data than is necessary.
Since Data is charged for like it is Gold it is insidious.  See now why they don't want to fix it?

We are in the same boat with a mifi regarding internet service but
fortunately got one that works. Also unfortunately, Verizon is the best
thing going today for wireless anything overall. No one else is even close.

I had a lot of trouble with their in store customer service but I have
about 10 devices on a "friends and family" type plan for my business that
includes family. I demanded and got a personal service representative, from
a different state no less, but i knew her from another company I worked for
which she managed. If you can get assigned an account representative your
customer service problems will go away. It's likely you have two phones
plus the mifi so that may be enough. I email her about any little thing
including chargers that don't work right and she takes it from there. I
have tried Sprint and have friends and neighbors with other carriers and
the signal does not compare by any measure.
