During the day when the sawmill is working Steve Sewell and Tim Brown are usually on it helping.  Everyone else is usually scattered though.

You can also try the ATIS SEL engine area, which is always well marked and folks are usually there.

In the late afternoon and evening, you can go to the ATIS camping area.  Take the main road in the campground to the creek and take a right before crossing the bridge.  you'll see a Dotson brothers fire burning just as you take a sharp curve to the right.
