It is not just the youngster.

I was on the 610 loop in Houston the other day. I was following behind
a big rig. He was going slow and I was contemplating passing until I
noticed he was weaving all over the road. Next thing I know he weaved
to the right crossed the shoulder and hit the barrier. The right side
wheels rode half way up the barrier before he cam back and the truck
Righted.

When I finally passed him in the left lane of a six lane highway. As far
away as I could get he was TEXTING on a smart phone. Stupid moron is
going to kill someone.

He was probably 50 years old. About time for natural selection to occur
as long as he does not take some one with him. :-{
