Ok, I suspect if you call one of the places
that sells them, they've probably heard the question
many times and can tell you what you're up against.
Most folks that sell antique tractor parts are straight shooters
and willing to help from my experience.

Yes, that is what I was referring to. The width of the front
pulley, I should not have used the word "large" I am of the opinion
that these aftermarket hub assemblies will fit, but that is not what the
parts descriptions say. I hate to order in something that will not fit,
but I may have to. All the aftermarket vendors use the same
illustration and description which leads me to believe there is only one
manufacturer, and it would fit the early and late serial numbers, but it
does not say so. It seems danged funny to me that they would say there
are two versions, and indeed there are, but only offer to fit one.
Someone knows.
