[AT] Duplex Truck Company

I called the realtor and he is going to get in touch with the owner,
I'll give it till tomorrow then decide what to do. Seeing as how the
tractor tracks would lead through the field and to my back property,
stealth is not an option.

I would guess (as others have said) it should be possible to contact someone at the trust, or the reality company. If that does not work, I think I would "rescue" the old iron and leave a note (and a picture or two) laminated and nailed to a nearby tree saying that I had "rescued" the frame for possible restoration by someone in the future. I would sign the note and leave my name, phone # and address. I realize that may open me up to lots of problems in the future. I, also, might just consider taking it and then contacting ATCA.

If the answer is "Yes" I would haul it home and then contact the folks at the Antique Truck Club of America--See: http://www.antiquetruckclubofamerica.org/ and send them pictures and ask if they know anyone who would be interested in it. I'll bet that somewhere there is someone who would very much like to have what is there to complete a restoration. I think it's a shame to just let it sit where it is and continue to decompose!
