Cecil, keep easing the throttle open and watch the temperature.
You might find that it cools off at higher RPM.
Your tractor was rated at 2300 rpm.   All of the rest of the
7xxx series was rated at 2300 except the 7080 which was
turned up to 2550

I tightened the belts up and topped off the radiator.  It was only about
3 qts low.  I really hate to open it up as it really runs that engine
fast.   Maybe after it gets limbered up and I get another oil change on it.
