I have used liquitube in my truck, tractor and trailer tires for the
last 5 years. It is at www.liquitube.net It works for both off road
and highway speeds. If you do not need water in your tires for ballast,
then you can mount the tires tubeless and use liquitube. I have done
this on both front and rear tractor tires. The price of liquitube is
usually less than the price of a tube.
It works, and it will repair up to a 1/4 puncture for sure.

I buy it by the 5 gallon bucket
