[AT] Hydraulic warm up

We (excavation company in Michigan) warm up the engine a few minutes and then slowly work the hydraulics so not to shock the cylinders.  The same is true of all moving objects, ease into them to warm them up.  All the oils are cold and nothing is flowing correctly at first in any gearbox or system.
