Hi Mike, If this is true, DON'T click on http://www.harborfreight.com/3-12-in-9-led-mini-flashlight-69111.html I got about 8 of them for free about 2 weeks ago to use as stocking stuffers this X-mas. They, now are $1.99 but worth EVERY penny of that AND LOTS MORE!

I have bought about a dozen of these http://www.ebay.com/itm/1600-LM-Zoomable-50W-CREE-LED-rechargable-flashlight-2-charger-USA-S035-BLACK-/261657930676?pt=US_Flashlights&hash=item3cec072bb4 at a flea market in FL for use around my homes and for gifts. (I paid @ $12.00 each for them.) I have NEVER had any problems with any of them! Spend a little bit more and you will get real quality!

Normal operation is fully depress the pushbutton (approx 3/8”) for it to index from off to on (or vice-versa); this switch changes with a 1/16”depression and then changes again with further depression. One must hold the pushbutton precisely for the light to stay lite. Basically the flashlight becomes useless. This model is approx ten bucks; however the more expensive lights apparently use this same switch. Anyone knowledgeable about this situation?
