When we got our new 4255 JD back in 1991, it was the first tractor with "ISO" couplers on it.  The ones they gave us to plug into it wouldn't work. They were just like Pioneer couplers but had a little raised nib in the center ball.  Got some regular Pioneer couplers and all was well.
