[AT] Shows and hydraulics

When we had those external hyd on our old MF tractors, we would raise 
the arms all the way then let them down about 2 inches, pull out the 
selector valve for the external hyd, then raise the lift arm control all 
the way up.  If the arms were all the way raised, it would cut off the 
flow to the external hyd.  A safety valve within the hyd top deck.
