[AJD] OT potato storage

Well, with everyone's help and advise, I raised a very good potato crop 
last season.  I evidently was not able to keep them stored in a cool 
enough condition, however.  They are nicely sprouted and are starting to 
go soft.  I keep them as cool as I could, but that was mid fifties to 
low sixties.  In the dark, of course, but I understand they maybe should 
have had some air movement.  That did not exist.  Maybe I can do better 
next crop.  The ground is frozen and will be for some time so planting 
these is out of the question. Looks like I'll be tossing a little over 
100 lbs.
