[AT] OT Wick Rig for applying roundup to tall grasses

No-til and round up ready sure has taken a lot of work and tractor time
out of row crop farming.  Of course it has been a boom for spray rigs
and chemicals.

I think Round-up ready crops killed the rope wick.  Before RR soybeans, 
you set the wick so it wouldn't hit the crop but hit the weeds, now you 
just spray and the RR crop lives.
