Yes, Mike was all of the pluses that have been mentioned. And he will be 
missed. Don't
think he ever made it to Portland, and I, like most of us, did not make it 
back to eastern
PA/New York, so did not get to meet him.
My thoughts and prayers to his family.

I had never met Mike in person, but I feel like I've known him all my
life.  Just a great guy who loved to share is incredible knowledge. We
PM'd quite a bit, I don't know that I have ever known anyone who had
such a vast knowledge of so many things,  His collections included
antique electronics, tractors, records... this list could go on and
on.

He will be missed.
