[AT] OT Wick Rig for applying roundup to tall grasses

That makes sense also John, as I noticed that the one in the picture
I posted uses more sections of wick in smaller lengths than the old
ones I used to see.  Hopefully it's an improved version.

Further to my earlier post on rope wick wipers, I might have been a bit
harsh.  The early units (late 70s, early 80s) tended to show those 3
problems.  Current models may have overcome them with improved materials &
design.
