[Farmall] hitch for 53 chevy 1/2 ton

I know you get into an area of liability, but why not get a competent welder 
to make one? It should be relatively simple to do. I haven't put any hitches 
on newer trucks but the ones I've installed 20 years ago were only held on 
with 4 bolts I think--I had to drill the truck frame for them.
