[AT] JD 620

ATIS spam servers could mark them , or if they score high enough, delete them. I use trend micros service which has a good reputation for not marking false positives but I'm sure it happens from time to time. An architect friend likes to tell the story about a message that would not go through until he realized the subject line of his email about structural cross members read: "enlarge your member". Probably not a true story but now you know how an innocent mixture of words can flag a message.

The number one reason mail does not get through (to any destination - not just ATIS) is when your local ISP has become a known source of Spam. If your neighbor is spamming the world, on purpose or by a virus, then all scan services will mark your ISP and then refuse most mail from it. Usually within 24 hours that resolves itself and the message may or may not deliver. You won't even get a bounce message to let you know.
