[AT] Off Topic Need component location on truck

I am trying to get this truck rigged out to pull my gooseneck and my hay 
trailer.   I need to get my New Holland TS110 over to a mechanic to 
split the tractor.  The truck  is a 1998 Chevrolet C8500 sometimes 
called a Kodiak with a 3126 Caterpillar engine.  It has air brakes.   I 
am trying to find the stop light relay.  I don't have any voltage at the 
light wires at he rear of the truck.  It was a county mechanics truck 
and they took the body off of it, and just left the wires hanging.  I 
have turn signal voltage, and tail light voltage, just no stop lights.  
This is set up like a Semi where the brake lights are separate from the 
turn signals.  3 lights on each side of the truck.....  With all the 
experience on this list I was hoping that someone had some experience 
with this truck.
