[AT] OT - computer advice

Steve, I know what you mean by "real software" but I'm amazed
by what my new android will do. It's a Motorola, Moto X, 64 gig.
It came packaged with Quick Office that is a fairly good word processor,
spreadsheet and presentation package (I think). I say I think because
I haven't gotten around to figuring it out yet. I don't mean to be
bragging on the phone. There are a lot of new gen. Androids that are
just as good or better and of course the I-phones do a lot of stuff too.
The only thing really worth bragging about on the Moto X is that it's built
in the USA.

Pretty much. If you have a touchscreen it is almost identical.

The big difference is that you can run real software and not just apps.
