I'm not at all familiar with Stromberg carbs but generally speaking the 
number
visible in your photo would just be a casting number and that casting would
be used for many different models depending on the jets and venturi size.
The actual carb model number is generally stamped somewhere on the casting 
or
on a brass or aluminum tag that is attached with a rivet or bolt.  That is
the way they are on Zenith and M-S, etc.

Any idea what it came off of?
