I did drive by on my way to Piqua and that is a very nice place. I was also
impressed by the neighborhood. All nice homes and some very expensive homes
around. Back last year when Dean mentioned that he had found a place near
St. Paris with the desired acreage, I looked at the realtors in the area and
this property came up. I believe it was advertised as a breeding farm and
the realtor showed several pictures of the place. I had though all along
that this was the place and saw the same Google view as Charlie posted. For
a while Dean will have a barn for each piece of equipment he buys to go with
the M.
