[Farmall] 53 Chevy pickup

After the warmed up engine is shut off, it continues to heat up a little
more. That hot, expanded metal inside the engine needs a little more "umpf"
to turn it over properly. Six volt systems work just fine if they have a few
basic things. A good, fully charged battery. Clean battery posts. A clean
and proper grounding surface, which means shiny metal to shiny metal. And
good, heavy duty battery cables. 12 battery volt cables are not good enough.
Using a volt meter, check the voltage as it turns over the engine. Even a
new battery could be weak.
