Mike the easiest way is to get one of them out and take it with you.
Otherwise you need to be able to measure it.  diameter of the hole in 
the yoke that the cups seat in and length of the cross at a minimum.

Cecil, how do I know what size to get? I've seen the u-joints at TSC, 
there are about 10 different sizes. Is there a standard size for a PTO 
shaft?
