Charlie, I'll second that!  I feel that I knew Cecil pretty well despite
only having met him in person a few times.  We had (still have) a little
mini-list with just a small handful of folks from NY/NJ/New England and
Cecil was one of them, I mean, one of us.  For years we communicated daily,
often multiple times daily.  The common bond began as old tractors but we
covered a lot more ground than that.  We still lament Cecil's passing and
remember him fondly.  With that said, I want to put one more name on the
list of people I wish I could be more like:  George Willer.
