John, I thought my CIH magnum lights were just a rectangular sealed beam 
but when I went to replace one they tell me that it takes a little 
(halogen?) bulb, not a complete sealed beam . I will find out when the 
new parts arrive. They are good bright lights but probably not up to 
modern "H.I.D." standards.
