[AT] Propane "weed burner" torches

The other day in a discussion about frozen parts
Cecil mentioned the "weed burner" type propane torches.

I was just looking at the coupons from Harbor Freight and
they are on sale right now for less than $20 bucks.
It says they will heat up to 3000 F.  I'm not sure about that
but for $20 bucks it will do a lot of heating!
