These are nice machines but they have their limitations like everything else.  If it is not lifting like you think it should check the hydraulic pressure.  Get a gauge that will fit into the remote connections and check the pressure against what the factory recommends.  The clamp on forks are quick but they do push the load farther away from the pins reducing you lift capacity.  Also be careful of clamp on forks as you are liable to bend the lip of the bucket with heavy loads.  If your tractor has a quick attach bucket (like skid steers have) buy or make a set of forks which attach at the pins.  Lastly, a word of caution.  The arc that the loader bucket follows puts it farther away from the tractor as it travels toward the ground.  You may have enough rear weight to lift a load from the truck but find the back end getting light as you lower the load.
