[Farmall] Fixing an improvement

I checked every steering wheel Steiner had listed for any color tractor and
couldn't find anything smaller listed to fit it.
Possibly something off a newer model that they don't sell parts for would.

I wonder, on the 140 if you could use a power steering steering wheel from
another IH tractor, since they were smaller, but basically look the same.
Everything from the Super A-1 on up is definately a little tougher to use
with that great big steering wheel....
