[AT] Predator Engine/Tiller update

I've been able to get everything I need from what used to be ZIp Pen , 
now Arborists Supply in Erie PA . Its all aftermarket but I've had good 
luck with it .
  Lots of people still prefer the old briggs stuff, me included . I 
wouldnt trash that motor .
