Spencer,

I have not had access to a box blade. When I needed to remove sod and soil
to create space for bank run gravel for a driveway foundation, I plowed it
up with a 2 bottom plow, removed the loosened soil, then plowed it again
for more depth. The loosened soil I took out with a front end loader on a
tractor. I guess I am trying to say is that if it is a little much for the
box blade, breaking the soil first might help.
