John that is the way it is with brake wheel cyl. kits these days.
You can buy the remanufactured wheel cyl. cheaper than you can
buy the rebuild kit and the reman. unit is warranted.

Check around for rebuilt pumps, sometimes you can get them for close to what
the parts or paying someone to rebuild yours costs, we ran into that on our
4020.
