[AT] Low oil Pressure on 8n? 8v to 6v adjustment?

Will,

As charlie suggested, the line or fitting at either end may be clogged. I
too have had that happen. ( on a ford N ) If you can remove the line from
the tractor, wash through it with some kerosene from a pump oil can, then
blow a little air through the line to insure it is clear. Also from your
pump can of kerosene, push a little into the fitting at the engine and into
the fitting on the gauge to insure those passages are not obstructed.
Replace the line and hope all will be well. If the gauge itself is stuck,
tapping the dash near the gauge with a wooden handle may pop it loose. Do
not tap directly on the gauge glass. It will break, and do not ask me how
I know this. (Ammeters are more prone to gauge sticking)

Good luck.
