Thanks Larry. Somehow the situation resolved it's self, at least for now.
I'll look at the button on WMP and see how it's set.
I remember seeing a drop down menu somewhere that has a "loop" button
on it but for the life of me can't find it anywhere in the system menus or
anywhere else.
Since the audio clip is hidden on that web site I don't know what device is
playing it.

If it is being played in windows media player, there is a button 3 buttons
to the left of the play button that loops whatever is being played. Clicking
on it will start/stop the looping action. It remains in that position until
clicked again. Hope this helps.

Subject: [AT] Off Topic: Windows 7 question
Somehow in the last few weeks a setting has been changed on my computer.
I probably let my fat fingers hit the wrong key at the wrong time.
Anytime I play an audio or video clip it plays in a loop over and over and
over and over.
It's not usually a problem because I can simply stop the clip.
However, I frequent a Blog site that runs a short audio clip when I first
log on. It runs in
the background so I can't cut it off. Running once is no problem but it's
run 5 times since
I've been typing this message.
Can anyone tell me how to find the control to stop video and audio clips
from "looping"?
Thanks. I can't find it.
Charlie
