The second segment is "Onondaga County, Town of Pompey" - that is my my
neighborhood and it can get the way it is shown even today. We need the
biggest plows for the N-S roads

I have driven Rt. 177 over the tug hill plateau more than once, Ralph.
Passed through Barnes Corners and Lowville, then 812 to Croghan and
Harrisville. I never tried it in the winter though. I worked with a
man who owned a summer / winter cabin just a stones throw from the
four corners at Barnes Corners. That was and maybe still is a very
popular snowmobile area. You can see why in the video. The old Lake
Ontario snow machine really kicks in there on a good West wind.

The narrator really makes the video interesting.
