    Ralph;

    Just checked your weather and at 5:15pm you are at -18F and wind chill 
of -44F. Cab and heater would be mandatory. Ohio had 62 yesterday and 63 at 
5:00am. Down to 52 now. Rain overnight has left ponds in the fields and a 
river across my lawn this morning. Strong winds helped dry out some of the 
higher ground. Forecast high for tomorrow is 25 degrees.
