It is all stuff that "could" happen.   It is very unlikely that it 
would.   Your car that has been designed for E10 isn't going to 
magically blow up if you put E15 in it.     Most people have nothing to 
worry about.  There are probably less than 10 E15 pumps in the country.  
Iowa just installed their second one.
