That is an interesting idea....   I do have the B one but maybe I can build braces under it...
My friend thinks he can take a plasma cutter and cut off the lip and re weld it on ....   or have the local metal worker fabricate what I want from the old one... 

I saw a pic in RED POWER of one that was perfectly done so I know it is possible
