[AT] snow plowing

Ralph i have friend that has one of them Walters don,t know how old it is. 
He put a new army surplus  engine in it 3 years back. Don,t think he ever 
finished and had it running. It is set up for front and side plow. Strange 
looking those single wheels front and rear and four wheel drive.
