[AJD] Tractor to Costa Rica

I have a friend who is seeking an older tractor for export to Costa Rica 
for light farm work.  Needs to be WF (utility tractor) with diesel 
engine.  Probably something 30 - 40 hp circa 1970s.  I am thinking JD or 
MF or possibly Kubota.

If any list member has insight into what brands have dealerships in 
Costa Rica a reply would be appreciated.  Parts availability is a 
concern.  I am told that good used tractors are scarce there.
