[AT] Waay OT

I've had the same trouble on a number of GM vehicles that I've had - a 2004
Sierra, a 2007 Yukon, etc. I've wondered if I had accidently hit the lock
button on the armrest or if the action of slamming the door triggered the
switch. There is a delay feature so that you can push the door lock, but it
won't lock until so many seconds after you close the last door of the
vehicle. I've gotten a lot more careful about leaving keys in the vehicle.

Ron, that doesn't sound like a GM feature but I do know there are some
aftermarket security and remote start systems that do that. I have a
customer with one on their vehicle. Guess how I found out?? You should
be able to wedge the door open at the upper rear corner and get a stiff
wire in and hit the electric lock button. Doug T
