What is best treatment for rusting gas tank on 66 Mustang that is being prep-ed for use after not being driven in twenty years?   Car was restored in 84.  New tank is approx $200.  Tank has been removed, plans are to add some sharp small rocks, shake around for some time, then empty and blow clean with  air hose, then add ? treatment coating. Herb(GA)
