Was just looking around on the internet and ran across this site. They're
in Nebraska and apparently rebuild M&W pumps and have service parts (click
on "OTHER PARTS").

My 1940 B has the two close together front wheels.
Picture the axle between those wheels.
Now think of the piece of iron riveted to that short axle that goes up to
the turning part.
That piece is broken.
I just hit a little bump too fast when I had to dodge that car and the
cast
iron snapped.
The top of that part is in three pieces.
As easy as it broke my guess is I am not the first one to need one of
these.

If it wasn't for the heavy duty wood splitter base being the first thing
to
hit the ground it looks like I would have some bent up tin to deal with.
Besides messing up the skin of my left leg that quick stop also showed me
the tool box under the seat. Lots of cool old square nuts and bolts in
there. I also found the pin to pin the splitter in the vertical position.

It would be nice to have an original part.
