Thanks Herb,

The major parts I need for both machines are the carburetor, and air cleaner. That seems to be the items missing from many of the F Cletrac's. There were only about 2500 made. The air cleaner was a box about a foot square that had a top that came to a point in the center and was a few inches higher in the middle. You can see it in front of the steering wheel on Blakes web site pictures. It had a sight glass and used water. Not very practical and was one of the first things to be disabled. My Father took the top off ours and used it as a tool box. I have an after market reproduction, but its not very well made. The carburetor is supposed to be a Tillotson, but I don't have any other information.

Thanks for the offer but I doubt those parts would be separated in the sale. I would be interested to know what the machine sells for. I believe ATIS member Richard Fink had a Cletrack F, but he may have sold it.

Gary,
See any part(s) on there that you need? I can try to work some way of
pursuing.
Herb

That old crawler is a Model F Cletrac. I have two. One is serial number 11
(a major basket case) and the other is serial number 101. It runs but is
missing a few original parts.

Large, unusual antiques auction at Martin, GA (80 miles NE of Atlanta, just
off
I-85) on Oct. 27, 2012; www.goldenmemoriesauctions.com, or 706-746-6924.
The
old crawler, sitting on an undersized four small wheel dolly and with the
box
semi-trailer in the background, is unusual, especially the track drive gear
(my
opinion)?? The deceased owner was in our club, over 300 members, I did not
know him. Would be nice to have the spare dough to go. But then I would
have
to clean up a portion of the shed to store whatever I bought.
Herb
