Oh, I was thinking in terms of the smaller unit, also.  This one looks to be about the same as my Bear-Cat chipper-shredder with an 8 horsepower Briggs engine.  I'll ship you a PDF of my manual if you think it will help.  My Bear-Cat uses off-the-shelf sickle mower knives for shredding, and I have only needed to sharpen the chipper blades once.

That is bigger than my chipper.   You can get blades and bags on ebay 
for mine.
