I have a few orchards close to me in Southeast PA have never seen a true orchard tractor working them.
They sure are pretty when all of the dents knocked out and fresh paint applied!

They are definitely a region thing. I have an Oliver, JD, and Case orchard tractor here in Michigan. Orchard and row crop tractors are more common here. A wheat land tractor is considered a rare find around here.
