Thanks for the ideas.  The wall is the commercial 4-rib panel and I can 
pick a nearly flat spot in the middle.  This isn't for power, it's for a 
multi pair fiber cable. The problem isn't strain or weight, but that the 
entrance has to go from  the ground outside to the attic space inside.  
Of course, the floor plan and the telco combine to put it right by a 
public entrance.  So, antique tractor knowledge applied to the modern 
digital data transmission age :-)
