Humm.  That's interesting, Herb.  The rental companies I deal with contract on a half-day and full day basis.  That usually stops any arguments about accurate time keeping.

Larrys stump grinder, something I always wanted.  We had a couple stumps
removed last year; guy had a neat, narrow, self propelled unit.  His B-I-L
designed and built them; it would fit through a 36" door; worked great in
some restricted areas, he would go through the garage big front door and
then through a normal back door to get to a stump in the back yard.  That
was the only access.
Hour meters - talk to the guys at rental shops about guys complaining about
units not working well in an effort to not pay the full bill.  The
criticising of the unit ends when the rental guy shows them how many hours
they used the unit.
