[AT] OT- hour meter

Well Dick, I managed to give the splitter it's intial trial before the Michigan monsoons started again. Based on about 10 minutes of splitting I think I'll be very happy with it. Powered right through some recently cut Wild Cherry and some Green Ash thats been dead for a few years.
