Cecil is the transmission oil and the hydraulic oil the same (in a common 
sump) on the 2130?

Sounds like the lift arm seals.  There is a shaft that the lift arms
connect to that is a "torque rod" inside the case and is hooked to the
draft control valve When the shaft is bent from the pull, it lifts the
arms up.    There are hardened replaceable bushings that fit between the
shaft and the case.  There are seals on the outside.  I think it is a
double lip seal.    You have to replace the bushings also.   There were
some guys in Illinois that were making replacement bushings and seals
that were better than the JD part...
